This access is extended to Ministers only.<\/p>\n<\/div>                    <div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<p>Ministers will be met at the aircraft door by a Representative of the VIP lounge and escorted to the lounge. A maximum of one guest (+1) per Minister will be allowed access.<\/p>\n<\/div>                    <div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<p>A Host Country Liaison will greet Ministers in the lounge. Passport control and luggage retrieval will be handled by the Airport VIP Lounge services.<\/p>\n<\/div>                    <div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<p>The itinerary and other pertinent information for Ministers requesting VIP Airport Lounge service must be provided as soon as possible, and no later than 22 May 2026, to the ITU Protocol Service via <a href=\"mailto:protocol.service@itu.int\">protocol.service@itu.int<\/a>, to ensure this service is arranged.<\/p>\n<\/div>                    <div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<p>For departures, all VIPs should arrive at the airport two hours before the scheduled take-off to complete all formalities.<\/p>\n<\/div>                    <div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>                    <div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Transportation for Ministers<\/strong><\/span><br><strong>Airport transfers<\/strong> will be provided for arrival and departure to transport Ministers between the airport and their hotel.
