      High-level participants \u2014 typically at Ministerial or CEO level \u2014 are invited to request a speaking slot. All registered delegates may participate in open floor discussions without needing to request a slot.\n<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n

      How long is each statement? <\/h3>

      Statements are limited to three (3) minutes per delegation.\n<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n

      How are speaking slots allocated? <\/h3>

      Slots are allocated in accordance with ITU Protocol and on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority is given to Ministerial and CEO-level interventions. Early submission is strongly recommended.<\/p><\/li>\n\n\n\n
