This process resulted in the adoption of five draft Opinions, which formed the basis of discussions at the WTPF-26, along with the Secretary-General&#8217;s Report.<\/p>\n<\/div>                    <div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<\/div>                    <div class=\"ituContainer\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Agreed and finalized at the Forum, these non-prescriptive Opinions offers guidance to ITU membership, through ongoing efforts within ITU and at a broader international level.
