For the Seventh World Telecommunication Policy Forum 2026 (WTPF‑26), ITU is introducing a new registration platform featuring a modern, mobile‑friendly interface. Subject to successful implementation, the platform will be progressively deployed across future ITU conferences and events.

Key features for Registration Focal Points

  • Direct access to individual registrations via notification emails
  • Enhanced visibility of all delegate registrations
  • Bulk validation of selected registrations

Please note that the registration process and your ITU Account login credentials remain unchanged.

For ITU Member States, Palestine (Resolution 99 (Rev. Dubai, 2018)), Sector Members, ITU Academia, United Nations and its specialized agencies, IAEA and IEG Members please register below:

Registration is carried out individually and exclusively online by each participant, whether for onsite or remote participation. Registration requests will be approved online by the Registration Focal Points (RFP) of entities/organizations entitled to participate in the selected meeting(s), or by the ITU registration team when events are open to non-ITU Members.

To access the registration form, each participant must have an ITU user account. Information on the creation of an ITU User Account and access to TIES services (for ITU membership only), as well as useful information for focal points, can be found below.

Designated Registration Focal Points (RFPs) are required to kindly review the registration requests submitted by members of their delegation. An email notification is sent for each new request, which can be processed directly from the email or via the link below (Access requires the ITU User Account/TIES access – only designated RFPs will view their delegation’s requests):

The opening hours for badging will be published closer to the event date.
