Delegates at the WTPF-26 will have the opportunity to exchange views and discuss both the Secretary-General’s Report and the draft Opinions.

Following the Opening Ceremony on Tuesday, 9 June, at 0930 hours and the presentation of the Secretary‑General’s Report, discussion in working groups on each of the five draft Opinions will open with a scene-setting panel. Panels will be followed by statements – each limited to three minutes – by high-level participants, and by an open discussion and exchange of views during which all Forum delegates are encouraged to contribute.

High-level participants are invited to submit a request for speaking slots to deliver statements. Speaking slots will be allocated in accordance with ITU Protocol and on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to Ministerial and CEO-level interventions. More information on the statements, including logistical arrangements and the provisional time slots, will be available in due course.
