Additionally, an letter on the update on preparations for WTPF-26 and the Strategic Dialogue was issued in CL-26/9, and an invitation to nominate Chairs and Vice-Chairs of the Forum was issued in CL-26/7.

Important Notice on Rescheduling: Pursuant to the recent Decision 641 (C24, last amended C26) of the ITU Council 2026, CL-26/24 has been issued on 14 May 2026, to provide essential updates regarding the rescheduling of the Forum to 2–4 September 2026 (preceded by the Strategic Dialogue on 1 September 2026).
