Submission of contributions

WTPF-26 written contributions submission and guidelines

In line with Plenipotentiary Res. 2 (Rev. Bucharest, 2022), discussions at WTPF shall be based solely on the report of the Secretary-General and contributions from Member States and Sector Members. However, WTPF shall not consider draft of any opinions that were not presented during the preparatory process.

Submission deadline: Written contributions intended for presentation during the Forum should be submitted to wtpf@itu.int by Wednesday, 12 August 2026.
Page Limit: It is strongly recommended that contributions not exceed three pages.
