The Seventh World Telecommunication/Information and Communication Technology Policy Forum (WTPF-26) welcomes governments, industry, academia, and experts to shape global telecommunication/ICT policy. Participation is open to eligible stakeholders.

Registration is open to ITU Member States, Palestine (Resolution 99 (Rev. Dubai, 2018)), ITU Sector Members, ITU Academia, United Nations and specialized agencies, IAEA and IEG Members.
All participants must register individually online, whether attending onsite or remotely, using your ITU user account. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one before registering. Registration is approved by your organization’s Registration Focal Point (RFP) or by the ITU registration team when events are open to non-ITU members.

Associate members and members of the public who have an interest in matters related to the WTPF-26, along with expertise or experience in Information Society or ICT public policy issues, are invited to apply by submitting an Expression of Interest.
The deadline to apply is Thursday, 30 April 2026. Applications are reviewed against the above criteria and processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Requirements

Designated Registration Focal Points (RFPs) are required to kindly review the registration requests submitted by members of their delegation.
An email notification is sent for each new request, which can be processed directly from the email or via the link below (access requires the ITU User Account/TIES access – only designated RFPs will view their delegation’s requests).
