Health & Entry to the Bahamas

Medical Services & Emergencies
- Emergencies: Call hotel lobby if you are in a hotel or 911 or 919 (Bahamas National Emergency numbers) elsewhere.
Venue Access & Security
- Access Control: Entry to the venue requires a valid WTPF-26 photo badge at all times. All badges will be scanned upon entry and exit.
- Secondary ID: Always carry a National ID or official passport; security may request secondary identification.
- Screening: All participants must pass through airport-style security at dedicated access points.
- Luggage Limit: Please limit hand luggage to one (1) small briefcase. Cabin-sized luggage or larger will not be permitted inside the venue.
- Lost & Found: Report lost items or security issues to the Event Security Office located in the venue designated office. Safeguard your belongings at all times.

ITU events offer a professional, respectful environment free of discrimination and harassment, adhering to the UNCEB-endorsed Code of Conduct to Prevent Harassment at UN System Events.
