Arrivals and Departures at Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS), Nassau

Access to the Government VIP lounge, located in the International Departure area, will be made available for Ministers for both arrival and departure. This access is extended to Ministers only.

Ministers will be met at the aircraft door by a Representative of the VIP lounge and escorted to the lounge. A maximum of one guest (+1) per Minister will be allowed access.

A Host Country Liaison will greet Ministers in the lounge. Passport control and luggage retrieval will be handled by the Airport VIP Lounge services.

The itinerary and other pertinent information for Ministers requesting VIP Airport Lounge service must be provided as soon as possible, and no later than 22 May 2026, to the ITU Protocol Service via protocol.service@itu.int, to ensure this service is arranged.

For departures, all VIPs should arrive at the airport two hours before the scheduled take-off to complete all formalities.

Transportation for Ministers
Airport transfers will be provided for arrival and departure to transport Ministers between the airport and their hotel. This service is extended to Ministers only, and is also available for countries with diplomatic representation in Nassau.
Please note that any additional private transportation must be arranged by the respective Delegations.
Requests for airport transfers should be submitted to the ITU Protocol Service at protocol.service@itu.int, no later than 22 May 2026, to ensure the service can be provided.
A maximum of one guest (+1) may accompany the Ministers for airport transfers.
